Delicious and nutritious Muffins
Boost the calcium content of homemade muffins by adding 1/3 cup of dry CARNATION Instant Nonfat Dry Milk to the dry ingredients of a muffin recipe calling for 2 cups of flour.

Add calcium to Quick Breads and Yeast Breads
Quick breads or bisquit recipes can have the benefit of added calcium by adding 1/3 cup of dry CARNATION Instant Nonfat Dry Milk to recipes calling for 2 cups of flour. Many bread machine recipes call for Nonfat Dry Milk. Search for Garlic Dinner Rolls, an easy and delicious way to give your family extra calcium.

Add more calcium to Fresh Milk
To increase milk’s calcium, just add 1 or 2 tablespoons of CARNATION Instant Nonfat Dry Milk to every glass of fluid milk. Each tablespoon of Dry Milk adds about 55mg of calcium.

Creamier Salad Dressing
Get more calcium and creamier, richer tasting dressing when you combine 3 tablespoons of dry CARNATION Instant Nonfat Dry Milk with 1 cup of your favorite creamy-style salad dressing.

Give your Dip a boost of calcium
Onion dip or any of your favorite sour cream-based dips can be boosted with calcium. Just add 3 tablespoons of dry CARNATION Instant Nonfat Dry Milk to 1 cup of sour cream dip mixture.

Add nutrition to Mayonnaise
Just blend 2 tablespoons of dry CARNATION Instant Nonfat Dry Milk into each 1/2 cup of mayonnaise. Your salad dressings, dip mixes and sandwich spreads (egg salad, tuna salad, etc..) will help you reach your daily calcium goals.

Increase the calcium in Pudding and Pie Fillings
Stir 1/3 cup of dry CARNATION Instant Nonfat Dry Milk into cold milk used to make a box (3.4 oz) of instant pudding and pie filling. Follow package directions for a calcium-enriched snack.

Make Creamed Soups more nutritious
For creamy condensed soups made with milk, add ¼ cup dry CARNATION Instant Nonfat Dry Milk when preparing. For homemade or Ready to Use soups, simply blend 3 tablespoons (for 18.8 oz can) or ¼ cup (for 32 oz. jar) dry CARNATION Instant Nonfat Dry Milk into soup when heating.

Add extra calcium to Milkshakes and Smoothies
To give your children a boost of calcium, blend one or two tablespoons dry CARNATION Instant Nonfat Dry Milk into their favorite homemade milkshake or smoothie. Each tablespoon of Dry Milk adds 55mg of calcium.

Add calcium to Hot Cereal
Top a serving of cooked cereal with 1 tablespoon of dry CARNATION Instant Nonfat Dry Milk. Add fluid milk and sugar or sugar substitute as desired for a delicious calcium-rich breakfast. A tablespoon of CARNATION adds about 55mg of calcium.
