   (1)To enter the August/September 2008 Nestlé www.VeryBestBaking.com Sweepstakes online, beginning at 12:01:01am ET on 8/1/08 log on to www.VeryBestBaking.com and complete the Official Registration Form, enter to win, and accumulate 200 “Brownie Points” as described in Section 2; OR (2) to enter print your name, date of birth, street address (no P.O. boxes), city, state, zip code, e-mail address and daytime telephone number with area code on a 3 x 5 card and mail in an envelope to: August/September 2008 Nestlé www.VeryBestBaking.com Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 3001, Rogers, MN 55374-3001, for receipt by 9/30/08. Proof of entry submission does not equate to proof of receipt. Regardless of method of entry, there is a limit of one entry per person, per address, per Internet Protocol (IP) address during the Sweepstakes period. If multiple entries are received within the promotional period, only the first entry will be entered into the Sweepstakes and all other entries will be disregarded. In case of a dispute over e-mail winner’s identity, entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the IP address owner (who must meet eligibility requirements). Sponsor not responsible for entry submissions received after the deadline, incomplete information, incomplete transmission defaults, computer server failure and/or delayed, garbled or corrupted data. Sponsor reserves the right to suspend or terminate this Sweepstakes without notice if, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, the Sweepstakes becomes infected or otherwise corrupted. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, D. L. Ryan Companies, Ltd., 50 Danbury Road, Wilton, CT 06897, which shall be final, binding and conclusive on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. "BROWNIE POINTS”/QUALIFICATIONS FOR ENTRY BY ONLINE METHOD OF ENTRY:Only online entrants registered with www.VeryBestBaking.com will earn ”Brownie Points” for performing certain specified “Activities” on the Web site during the Promotion Period (8/1/08-9/30/08). The "Activities" on the Web site will earn a registered user "Brownie Points" and the number of "Brownie Points" that can be earned for each such Activity are listed on the following chart:

   Submitted recipes, recipe reviews and memories will be screened within 5-10 business days of receipt for content deemed in appropriate by Sponsor, such as, for example, profane language and inappropriate subject matter. All submitted recipes, recipe reviews and memories must conform to the attached guidelines. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject or edit any such submissions. All materials submitted become property of the Sponsor and can be used by Sponsor in all media without any further compensation to, or permission from, the submitter of such materials. Each submitter represents that unless otherwise noted, his/her submission is his/her original work. “Brownie Points” will be awarded for each submission after it has passed this screening process and has been posted on www.VeryBestBaking.com. Online registered users of the Web site who have earned 200 or more "Brownie Points" on the Web site between 8/1/08 and 9/30/08 are eligible to be entered once into the Sweepstakes. As a registered user accumulates "Brownie Points" on the VeryBestBaking.com Web site his or her total "Brownie Points" earned to date will be posted on the user's home page.
   
3. PRIZES/ODDS: GRAND PRIZE (25): Twenty Five Grand Prize winners will each receive one (1) adult VeryBestBaking.com apron and (2) child size VeryBestBaking.com aprons. (ARV: $16.21 per prize. Total ARV of all prizes: $405.25.) Any costs/expenses not expressly stated herein are the sole responsibility of the prize winners. No substitutions permitted except at the sole discretion of Sponsor, in which case a prize of greater or equal value may be awarded. Sponsor makes no warranty with respect to the Grand Prize. The cash equivalent of any portion of the Grand Prize is not permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor will report value of prizes as required by law. All taxes are sole responsibility of winners. Only one prize awarded per person, household, address or IP address. Actual odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received. All prizes will be awarded if the number of eligible entries is equal to or greater than the number of prizes available. All federal, state and local taxes, if any on the Grand Prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
   
   
4. DRAWING: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Winners will be selected in a random drawing to be held by the judges on or about 10/15/08 from all valid entries received. Winners will be contacted by mail on or about 10/26/08 at the street address provided. Return of any prize or notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be randomly selected. Prizes will be delivered approximately 6-8 weeks after verification of eligibility.
   
   
5. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open only to legal residents of the continental United States who are 18 years of age or older. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase of any of Sponsor’s products does not increase the chance of winning. Employees of Sponsor, and its agencies, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, vendors, wholesalers or retailers, or members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to participate. Sweepstakes void where prohibited by law. Federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Grand Prize winners may be required to complete and return Affidavits of Eligibility and, where lawful, Publicity Releases. Affidavits of Eligibility/Publicity Releases must be returned within fourteen (14) days of notification or the Grand Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be randomly selected.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY & PUBLICITY: All Grand Prize winners consent to the use of their names, photographs or likenesses for publicity or advertising purposes without further compensation, where permitted by law. All entrants release Sponsor, and each of its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, employees, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Sweepstakes, from any and all liability with respect to, or in any way arising from, this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of the prize, including liability for personal injury, damages, death or monetary loss. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any injury, loss or damage to entrants’ or to any other person’s computer relating to, or resulting from, entering or downloading any information or software in connection with this Sweepstakes. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes, or by any human or other errors that may occur in connection with this Sweepstakes.

WINNERS LIST: For a copy of the winners list, write your name and address on a 3”x5” card and mail in a first-class, stamped envelope to: August/September 2008 Nestlé® www.VeryBestBaking.com Sweepstakes– Winners List, P.O. Box 7430, Wilton, CT 06897-7430, postmarked by 10/28/08 and received by 11/8/08. Residents of VT and WA may omit return postage.
